Best for: Organic, swappable layers
Organic cotton and latex over coils, with comfort layers you can swap and a different firmness on each side.
Good to know: You assemble it unless setup is arranged, and the owner reviews we found are for the latex-free version.
Best for: Pillow top with latex
The EOS with a zip-on 3″ organic latex pillow top: 15″ tall, five feels from Ultra-Plush to Firm, and per-side firmness.
Good to know: At 15″ you’ll want deep-pocket sheets, and some owners found their setup too firm or saw a sore spot form after about six months.
Best for: All latex, no coils
Three swappable 3″ organic latex layers make a 10″ coil-free bed in five feels, with per-side firmness.
Good to know: Owners say the firmness names don’t match the feel, and it’s heavy to move and assemble.
Best for: Plush tufted pillow top
A 13″ organic latex hybrid with a tufted pillow top and microcoils over 9.5″ coils, sold in one plush feel.
Good to know: Only Queen and King, and some owners can feel the tufting buttons through the top.
Best for: Simpler organic latex hybrid
An 11″ hybrid with 2″ of organic latex over 8″ coils, in Plush, Cushion-Firm or Firm, in all six standard sizes.
Good to know: Owners disagree on how firm Cushion-Firm feels, and a Plush owner says the bed slants toward the heavier partner.
Best for: No latex, no foam
A 10″ cotton, wool and coil bed with a microcoil comfort layer, sold in one Cushion-Firm feel (it used to be called the Chorus).
Good to know: Only one feel, and owners split on it: many needed a topper, while some recent buyers found it softer than expected.
Best for: Latex allergy, split firmness
The EOS Classic with a swappable 3″ microcoil layer instead of latex: 12″, four feels, and per-side firmness in Queen, King and Cal King.
Good to know: Some owners found it short on top cushioning, and assembly takes effort.
Best for: Latex-free pillow top
A 15″ latex-free EOS with a zip-on 3″ microcoil pillow top, in four feels from Ultra-Plush to Cushion-Firm, with per-side firmness.
Good to know: The firmest choice is Cushion-Firm (no Firm or Extra-Firm), and at 15″ you’ll want deep-pocket sheets.
Best for: Wool-free vegan build
The EOS Classic without wool: an organic cotton and plant-based quilt over swappable 3″ latex and 8″ coils, in five feels with per-side firmness.
Good to know: One side sleeper found it too firm, and an owner felt the Queen sleeps smaller than expected.
