We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. How we choose and research
Sleep Innovations doesn't sell mattresses directly or run its own trial. The FAQ says to check the retailer's return policy. Warranty claims go to Sleep Innovations (1-888-999-0499). You need the original receipt or packing slip plus the law tags, and you may have to pay freight for inspection. Only purchases from valid retailers count (not third-party or closeout sales). Products outside the continental U.S. and Canada can't be replaced.
