- Edge support was strong along the sides but poor at the foot of the mattress.
- The Medium side sank enough to be uncomfortable for sitting up in bed, and he woke during the night for the first week on it.

12in two-sided hybrid: flip it to switch between a medium side and a firm side. One side has 1in of quilting foam over 1in of cooling gel memory foam; the other has 1in of quilting foam over 1in of high-density firm foam; 8in of pocketed coils with a reinforced edge sit in the middle.
