- Sleep Foundation (Oct 2026): Testers found excellent motion isolation, especially on the softer all-foam models, and strong pressure relief for side sleepers. The foam retains heat and makes moving harder, edges are weak except on the firm and hybrid, and back sleepers over 130 lb and stomach sleepers should choose the firm.
