The Soft version took a 6.5/10 hybrid to about 5/10. Plush with coils that stop bottoming out; little hip pressure for side sleeping and good for back sleepers. Cover felt cool and they did not overheat. Can feel a bit stuck for less mobile sleepers.

Their tester found the Firm version supportive, cool to the touch and good at relieving pressure, though a little firmer than she liked. The main drawbacks were the high price ($660 Queen) and only two firmness choices.
