Tester found a medium-firm, supportive feel with moderate contouring that's easy to move on; good for back, side and combination sleepers, and the gel foam, perforations and cool cover helped hot sleepers. Not firm enough for stomach sleepers.
Tested as the 'Select High Density' 3-inch topper (now sold as Restore HD); the reviewed cover was bamboo rayon and may differ today. Affiliate links.

Softened a firm (8/10) bed to about 6/10 with classic contouring memory foam. A good fit for back sleepers and people wanting memory foam without much heat; not for stomach sleepers, and it's a little hard to move around on.

On a firm (8/10) mattress the topper brought it to about 6.5/10. Plush but supportive, slow to sink, suited to average and heavier back and side sleepers and those with lower-back or neck pain; not for stomach sleepers.
