Two people put it together in under 10 minutes without tools, though the heavy corners were easier to line up with a helper. With a heavy latex hybrid on top and a 270 lb tester sitting and bouncing on the edge, they felt no sagging and heard no squeaks.

Two people set up the PillowBoard version in about 15 minutes and found the steps straightforward. The loose PillowBoard didn't feel very secure, and the exposed screw end at the foot looked out of place.
