- Sleep Foundation (Oct 2026): Side sleepers 130 lb and up felt the least pressure, while lighter ones felt some at hips and shoulders; back and stomach sleepers under 230 lb were supported, but heavier stomach sleepers sank and strained their lower backs. The reinforced edge felt secure, a partner's tossing could occasionally be felt, and testers did not feel too warm. Only the Firm was tested; the other PressureSmart versions were not. - NapLab (Jul 2026): Rated the plush pillow-top at 4/10, with deep sinkage and very low bounce; best for side sleepers, and NapLab points most back and stomach sleepers to the Firm. Excellent cooling, lower-than-average motion transfer, good edges with reinforced perimeter coils. Tested the Plush Pillow Top, a different firmness; NapLab only estimates the Firm at 6/10.
